How payments work for orders with KZ Apparels (Kz Mart Limited).
Accepted methods
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and UnionPay cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna, shown at checkout.
Buy now, pay later (Klarna)
Where you choose Klarna at checkout, your agreement for that payment is with Klarna, not KZ Apparels, and is subject to Klarna's own terms, credit checks and fees. We receive payment in full from Klarna at the time of your order regardless of your repayment schedule with them.
How it's processed
Payment runs securely through Shopify's checkout. We don't receive or store your full card number or security code.
When you're charged
At the time you place your order, once payment is authorised.
Currency
GBP only.
Declined payments
Check your details or try another payment method — contact your card issuer if the problem continues.
Refunds
Go back to your original payment method. See our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy for timing.
Fraud checks
We may run reasonable checks on orders, which can occasionally delay processing — we'll contact you if we need more info.
