Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. If checkout doesn't accept your address, we don't yet cover that location.
Where orders come from
Every order is stored, packed and dispatched by us from our Banbury, England location. We don't use third-party fulfilment or ship directly from overseas suppliers.
Cost and timing

| Estimated delivery | 3–5 working days total |
Orders placed after the cutoff, or over a weekend/bank holiday, begin processing the next working day. Delivery dates are estimates unless we've explicitly guaranteed one in writing. By law, we'll deliver within 30 days at most.
If something goes wrong
- Late, lost or missing parcel — contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. You don't need to chase the carrier yourself.
- Damaged or tampered parcel — let us know as soon as possible, with photos if you can.
- Wrong or incomplete order — contact us; if it's our error, we'll cover any return cost.
