What we collect

Name, contact and delivery details, order history, account info (if you create one), messages you send us, and basic technical/cookie data. Payment is handled by Shopify's checkout — we don't see or store full card numbers.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your orders, handle returns and support queries, manage your account, send marketing you've opted into, meet our legal/tax obligations, and prevent fraud.

Our legal basis

Mainly contract (to fulfil your order), legal obligation (tax/accounting), consent (marketing, optional cookies), and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, improving our service).

Who we share it with

Delivery carriers, our payment processor, and Shopify (our e-commerce platform) — each only for what's needed to serve your order. We don't sell your data.

If you choose Klarna at checkout, Klarna receives your order and payment-relevant information to carry out its own credit and fraud checks, and acts as an independent data controller for that processing. See Klarna's own privacy policy for how they handle your information.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to fulfil your order and meet legal/tax requirements. Marketing data until you unsubscribe.
