Ordering
You must be 18+ to order with us. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item's unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK tax. Payment is taken at checkout via card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or Klarna, processed securely through Shopify — we don't store your full card details. Full details in our Payment Policy.
Delivery
UK only, currently. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
Cancellations and returns
You can cancel within 14 days under UK law, or return within 30 days under our own policy. Faulty or wrong items have separate statutory protections. Full details in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.
Ownership and risk
Ownership passes once we've received full payment. Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered.
Our liability
We're not liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable, and nothing here limits liability for things the law doesn't allow us to limit (like negligence causing injury). Our liability for a breach is capped at what you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you're entitled to elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the version live when you order is the one that applies to that order.
